Do we sell to the general public?
Yes, we welcome all customers in our showroom: retail, commercial and industrial.

Are you open on weekends?
Yes, we are open every Saturday from 8am to 1pm, except for holiday weekends. Please see Contact Us page for additional store hours and directions.

I don't know what I need; can someone there help me?
Yes!! Our knowledgeable staff can help you through your situation to find the best possible solution for your plumbing problems. We recommend that you please bring in whatever it is you may be trying to replace whenever possible

Do you carry major brands?
Yes, we carry a variety of brands, which include nationally recognized brands. Our in-stock inventory provides our customers with a one-stop solution for all of their plumbing needs. In addition we also have a full line of manufactures catalogs for hard to find and specialty items.

How long does it take for special orders?
Special Orders generally can take 3-4 days for MOST items. Some items that are ordered direct from the factory may take up to 3 weeks. Next Day and 2nd day air also available.

What is your delivery area?
We make deliveries to the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No Minimum order for delivery.

What form of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash and all major credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks accepted.
