At Gopher Plumbing Supply, we're often asked questions about the extensive inventory of pipe and tubing we carry at our Saint Paul
location. Here are the answers to our most commonly asked questions.
CAN YOU CUT PVC PIPE TO MY SPECIFICATIONS?
Our plastic PVC pipe comes in diameters of 1 1/2 to 4" and 6" in 10-foot lengths. We can cut PVC tubing in the larger diameters and sell it to you by the foot.
WHAT KINDS OF METAL PIPE DO YOU SELL?
We sell cast iron, galvanized black (gas), brass, and copper pipe. Our Hubless cast iron pipe and fittings comes in 10-foot lengths; however, we will not cut this product for you. However, if you're interested in performing the task yourself, we will rent you a cast iron snap cutter. We also sell Lenox carbide grit tip sawzall blades for cutting cast iron. We can cut steel pipe.
WHAT KIND OF PEX TUBING DO YOU SELL?
We sell ViegaPex Pure-Flow tubing in diameters of half-inch, three-quarters-inch, and one-inch. PEX tubing comes in black, white, blue, and red. We sell PEX tubing in rolls and straight lengths depending upon the product's diameter and color. We also carry PEX tubing specifically designed to provide an oxygen barrier.
